- Weekly Estimated Pay: $6,688 - $7,431
- Dates: July 18-23, Aug 17-23, Sept 5-11, 12, 13(call), 14-18, 19, 20(call), 21-26, Sept 28-Oct 2, 3, 4(call), 5-9, 10, 11(call), 12-16, 26-30, Oct 31-Nov 1(call), 2-6, 7, 8(call), 9-13, 14, 15(call), 23-25, 28, 29(call), Nov 30-Dec 4, 5, 6(call), 7-11, 12, 13(call), 14-18, 19, 20(call), 21-24, 25-27(call), 28-31
- Schedule: 5 shifts per week, 8-hour day shifts (7:00 AM-3:00 PM)
- Call: Every other night and every other weekend (3:00 PM-7:00 AM); 20-minute response time required
- Assignment Length: PRN ongoing through July 2027 - long-term locum tenens opportunity
- EMR: Cerner (experience with Cerner EMR preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience in general anesthesia (case mix including orthopedics, gynecology, obstetrics, dental, podiatry)
- Active, unrestricted CRNA license (New Mexico licensure preferred for expedited credentialing)
- DEA and CSR required
- Certificates must be AHA issued (e.g., AHA BLS/ACLS as applicable)
- Proficiency in spinals, epidurals, and peripheral nerve blocks
- Current case logs required for credentialing
- Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days (temporary privileges available with clear background and malpractice history)
- Provide safe, high-quality general anesthesia care as a CRNA for a diverse surgical caseload including orthopedics, gynecology, obstetrics (under 200 deliveries/year), dental, and podiatry
- Perform spinals, epidurals, and peripheral nerve blocks when indicated
- Participate in scheduled call coverage with timely responses per facility expectations
- Document accurately in Cerner EMR and maintain up-to-date case logs for credentialing and quality records
- Collaborate with a team of 2 CRNAs and perioperative staff to ensure continuity of care and patient safety
