VA - NP shifts in Warrenton - PRN June 23-October 23

Client seeks Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant for PRN shifts from June 23-October 23 at their Corporate Health center in Warrenton, VA. Provider will see ages 6 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday & Tuesday 7:00am-5:00pm, Wednesday 7:00am-3:00pm, Thursday 10:00am-6:00pm, all with a 30-minute lunch break from 12:00pm-12:30pm, and Friday 8:00am-12:00pm. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment. Current shift needs are June 23, 24, 25, 26, 29, & 30, July 1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 15, 16, 17, 22, 23, 24, 29, 30, & 31, August 5, 6, 7, 12, 13, 14, 19, 20, 21, 26, 27, & 28, September 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, 10, 11, 16, 17, 18, 23, 24, 25, & 30, and October 1, 2, 7, 8, 9, 14, 15, 16, 21, 22, & 23.
