Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Family Medicine NP/PA to work locum shifts in Columbus, IN. Position starts 6/8 - 9/7, the role offers ongoing work with a competitive market rate.

The Family Medicine NP/PA role:

• FM/Outpatient NP- Employee Health Clinic for employees and their families
• 6/8 - 9/7, Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri w/ rotating Sat 8a-12p
• Ages 2 and up
• Patients per day 14
• EMR- EPIC

Requirements of the Family Medicine NP/PA role:

• Active IN license
• 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Certifications BLS
• Active Board Certification
