IL - NP shifts in Springfield - June 10-July 16

Client seeks Nurse Practitioner for PRN shifts from June 10-July 16 at their Corporate Health clinic in Springfield, IL. Provider will see ages 3 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits including Women's Health. Hours are Monday 8:00am-5:00pm, Tuesday 6:00am-3:00pm, Wednesday 10:00am-4:00pm, and Thursday 10:00am-6:00pm, all with a 30-minute lunch break. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience to qualify for this assignment. DEA is also required. Current shift needs are June 10, 11, 15, 16, 17, 18, 22, 23, 24, 25, 29, & 30 and July 1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 9, 13, 14, 15, & 16.
