  • Work Dates Needed: Aug - ongoing
  • Preferred Schedule: Mon-Sun (7p-7a) NIGHTS ONLY
    • Min 3 consecutive shifts to be considered
  • Worksite Setting: Inpatient
  • Scope of Work:
    • Trauma 1
    • Avg 10-15 ppd
    • Neuro, cardiac and ICU step down units
    • High acuity w/ support from fellows, residents and attending physicians
    • Experience with neurocritical care, cardiovascular, VADs, ECMO and transplant patients preferred
    • Three APPs across neuro, cardiac and ICU step downs
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active IL license required, BC, DEA/CSR, ACLS, BLS, min 1 year of experience in critical care required
  • EMR: Epic
  • Pay Rate Preferred: $120/hr
