If you're looking for a full-time Physical Therapy role that supports your early career and values quality care over quantity, we might be the right fit. Our outpatient clinic is affiliated with a regional hospital and designed for PTs who want to grow their clinical skills in a sustainable, supportive setting.

We understand that the transition from classroom to clinic can feel overwhelming. That's why we've built a model that prioritizes 1:1 care (no patient overlap), flexible scheduling, and support from experienced therapists across multiple specialties.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver 1:1 patient care in an outpatient setting (no overlap)
  • Evaluate, treat, and develop custom care plans
  • Collaborate with a supportive rehab department and leadership that listens
  • Contribute to new service lines including Aquatic Therapy and Clinical Ladders
  • Participate in continued learning with CEU and tuition reimbursement options

What We Offer:

  • Hourly rates of $45-$55/hour (up to $115K annually based on experience)
  • Flexible schedule: Choose 4x10s or 5x8s
  • Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus
  • Up to $6,500 in relocation reimbursement
  • Additional performance-based incentive earnings
  • CEU support and tuition reimbursement
  • Discounted on-site wellness center access
  • No deductible for local healthcare services
  • 160% employer-match pension program
