Locums NP Need Mobile/Travel NP San Fernando Valley, Palmdale & Lancaster, CA

Seeking a dedicated and experienced nurse practitioner for a travel position, conducting primary care and follow up visits. You would be responsible for visiting patients in SNFs and patients homes in the San Fernando Valley, Palmdale, and, Lancaster areas.

Details:

• Location: Mobile/Travel across San Fernando Valley, Palmdale, and Lancaster, CA
• Schedule: M-F, 8AM 5PM
• Start Date: ASAP-12/31/2025, with strong potential to extend
• Patient Volume: 4-8 patients/day. Can be clarified further during interview.
• Specialty: Primary Care & Geriatrics
• EMR: Cerner

Requirements:

• Active CA NP license, Board Certification, BLS, and DEA
• Minimum 1 year experience in Primary Care and/or Geriatrics
• Travel experience a huge plus

Compensation:

• Pay Rate discussed by phone
• 100% Malpractice Paid
• Paid Weekly
