I wanted to share a Registered Nurse opportunity in Northern Virginia that recently came across my desk and really stood out. An established neurology practice is looking to add an experienced RN to support their growing outpatient patient population and enhance overall patient care and communication. This role offers a fully outpatient setting where you would work closely with the neurologist, interacting directly with patients-answering clinical questions, coordinating care, and helping ensure a smooth and responsive patient experience. The goal is to improve access and reduce wait times while maintaining high-quality, patient-centered care. The group is ideally seeking someone with prior outpatient neurology experience; however, they are very open to RNs with strong outpatient backgrounds in other specialties who are interested in transitioning into neurology. It's a supportive environment with the opportunity to learn and grow within the specialty. From what I've seen, this position offers a great balance of autonomy and team-based collaboration, along with a predictable Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule-no weekends or hospital responsibilities-making it a very appealing role from a work-life balance standpoint.
