Requirements:

• Valid, active Registered Nurse (RN) state license.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients under facility protocols and provider orders.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments; administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Evaluate, clean, dress, and manage wounds; monitor for infection or complications.
• Continuously monitor and document patient vital signs and clinical status.
• Maintain accurate, timely patient records and provide patient/family education on conditions and self-care.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow infection control and safety procedures.
