Practice Details
- Outpatient-only geriatrics care with no inpatient responsibilities
- High-volume clinic seeing approximately 14 to 18 patients per day
- Multidisciplinary support, including nurses, medical assistants, social workers, and a clinical pharmacist
- Modern outpatient setting with exam rooms, on-site pharmacy, imaging, lab, and attached emergency department
- Opportunity to contribute to the development of a new geriatrics clinic and future leadership roles
Schedule
- Monday through Friday outpatient schedule
- Option for a four-day workweek
- No weekends
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary with additional incentives

Candidate Requirements
- Fellowship-trained in Geriatrics or significant geriatrics experience in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Spanish-speaking preferred but not required; interpreter services and AI-supported tools available
- Values independence while working within a team-based care model
