Schedule Details:4 days per week8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

No weekend coverage

No call coverage

Reason for Coverage:Ongoing staffing need

Practice Setting:Outpatient Hematology/Oncology Clinic

Summary of Work:Provide care for general hematology and oncology patients with support from a physician and an additional APP.

Responsibilities include:

Responding to questions from care team membersAnswering patient-related inquiriesOrdering and following up on labs and imagingMaintaining accurate and up-to-date medical recordsSigning chemotherapy orders

Must be comfortable caring for both hematology and oncology patients. Subspecialty support is available throughout the network.

Patient Population:Adults

Patient Volume:10-12 patients per day

Support Staff:

1 Physician1 Additional APP

No procedures requiredSingle practice locationNo resident or fellow involvement

Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - RequiredAcute Care Certification not requiredPrior Hematology/Oncology experience - RequiredMust be comfortable signing chemotherapy orders - RequiredActive New Hampshire License or Active IMLC - RequiredCOVID Vaccine - RequiredFlu Vaccine - RequiredEPIC Experience - Required
