Primary Care Physician PACE Program

Our client is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive, compassionate care for participants enrolled in their PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program. This position plays a key role in promoting participants health and independence by coordinating medical care and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team (IDT) to ensure the highest quality of care.
