Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide locum coverage at North Coast Surgery Center. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, with a minimum commitment of two weeks or more per month. The provider must be able to guarantee at least 8 hours per day, with overtime applying after 8 hours daily.

Responsibilities:

• Administer anesthesia and monitor patients before, during, and after procedures.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of anesthesia care.
• Comply with all hospital and healthcare regulations and protocols.

Qualifications:

• Active CA license and CA DEA registration.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Minimum 2 years of current hospital clinical activity in anesthesia.
• Ability to provide documentation of case logs and hospital affiliations.
• Gaps in employment greater than 3 months must be explained.
• Must have an updated CV.

Schedule & Time Details:

• Guaranteed Hours: 8 hours per day.
• Overtime: Applies after 8 hours daily.

Travel & Reimbursement:

• Travel deviations from our contract apply as follows:
  • Not reimbursed: mileage from provider s home to departing airport, airport to home, ride shares (Lyft/Uber), taxis from home to airport or from airport to home.
  • Reimbursed: airport parking if the provider drives, pre-approved rental car insurance, ride shares and taxis from destination airport to hotel/lodging, lodging to hospital/clinic, and return trips.
