Hourly Pay Rate: $184.25

Job Description:
Join a collaborative anesthesia team at a respected Michigan hospital providing comprehensive care across a full patient demographic from pediatrics to geriatrics. This is a supervised CRNA role focused on general surgical cases with opportunities to participate in neurosurgical procedures and spinal anesthesia. Responsibilities include administering anesthesia for general surgical procedures, providing anesthesia care for neurosurgical cases, performing spinal and local infiltration anesthesia, managing ventilation and respiratory status, and maintaining patient monitoring throughout pre-, intra-, and post-operative phases. The role involves working in a hospital-based setting designated as a Level II Trauma Center with a daily surgical volume of approximately 50 cases. Work hours are 32-40 hours per week, scheduled Monday or Friday every week, with no on-call duties required. The position involves collaboration with anesthesiologists and surgical teams, utilizing Epic EMR for documentation, and responding to emergencies including airway management and intubation when necessary.

• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90-120 days
• Work schedule: 32-40 hours/week (8s or 10s shifts), Monday or Friday each week
