Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide comprehensive anesthesia care to patients of all ages within an independent, all-CRNA practice offering significant clinical autonomy across multiple campus locations.
Position Highlights:
- Practice in an independent, all-CRNA model with a high level of autonomy and professional responsibility
- Provide anesthesia services for neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations
- Perform regional anesthesia techniques including spinal, epidural, and ultrasound-guided nerve blocks
- Provide coverage across multiple organizational locations, with mileage reimbursement when applicable
- Collaborate with physicians, staff, and interdisciplinary teams while maintaining strong communication and patient care standards
- Report directly to the Anesthesiology Director and participate in ongoing quality assurance and risk management processes
- Schedule includes 80 hours biweekly with a mix of day/night shifts, approximately 5 6 call weekends per year, and weekday call rotation after orientation
Qualifications:
- Current Minnesota RN and APRN licensure required
- NBCRNA certification required
- Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Minimum 3 years of independent CRNA experience preferred
- Experience with regional anesthesia techniques preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- $130.36/hour during orientation, increasing to $136.96/hour after completion
