Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner
Salary Ranges between $140k-$175k (varies depending on years of experience)

Schedule & Flexibility
- Full-time, 5 days per week
- Weekend rotation required (1 2 weekends per month)
- Emphasis on flexibility to support both patient needs and provider work-life balance
Key Responsibilities
- Perform hospital rounds and coordinate patient care
- Complete documentation and follow-ups remotely after rounds
- Collaborate with hospital teams and outpatient providers
- Ensure continuity of care across settings
Qualifications
- Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner
- Active New Jersey license required
- Prior experience in hospital medicine or rounding strongly preferred
