Start time: 5 pm Friday 7 am Monday (62 hours)

Provider will need to come in on Saturday/Sunday mornings to do rounds on swing beds and skilled beds
Patient Volume: ED sees about 6-7 patients per day

November 27th 7am-December 1st at 7am
December 25th 7am-December 29th at 7am
January 1st 7am-January 5th at 7am
