• Admissions: As Needed

• Rounding: Included

• Phone Consults: As Needed

• Case Mix: Primary care, chronic disease management, preventive care, and transitional care

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Active NC PA License

• NCCPA certification

• DEA

• BLS

• Clean Record (highly preferred)

• 2 years Physician Assistant experience required

• Experience with geriatric or frail elderly populations (preferred)
