Compensation:

• Local PPW: $900 / 36 hours
• Travel PPW: $900 / 36 hours
• Local hourly: $25/hr
• Travel hourly: $25/hr

Requirements:

• Valid, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license.
• BLS certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments; administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document vital signs continuously.
• Evaluate, clean, dress, and manage wounds; monitor for infection and complications.
• Maintain accurate patient records and provide patient/family education on conditions and self-care.
• Respond promptly in medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols.
