LPN job in Concord NH

Join a 14-week contract/travel assignment in Concord, NH beginning June 8, 2026. Schedule: 06:45-15:15. Compensation: $1,600 per 40-hour week (Local/Travel) - $40/hour.

Required credentials:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license
• BLS certification

Core responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision, including comprehensive patient assessments
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments; monitor and document responses
• Perform wound care (cleaning, dressing, evaluation) and monitor for infection or complications
• Continuously monitor and record vital signs and maintain accurate patient records
• Educate patients and families on conditions and self-care instructions
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols
