Oncology - Medical Oncology Physician

New Oncology Physician Locums Job in Iowa

We are working with a great facility in Iowa that needs a locum Oncologist to help while another provider is on leave.

Schedule and Assignment Details:
Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Ongoing while a provider is on leave
No nights, no weekends, no call
Full time or part time options considered
Target start date June 2026

Clinical Volume and Scope
Approximately 20 patients per day
Adult patient population
Mostly Oncology- Opportunity to see both Oncology and Hematology patients if Hem Onc trained
No bone marrow biopsies required. APP or Interventional Radiology handles procedures

Requirements
Board Certified in Oncology
Active Iowa medical license required at time of submission
DEA, NPI, Iowa controlled substance registration, and BLS required
Clean credentialing and malpractice history strongly preferred
