Radiation Oncology Locum Lima & Celina, Ohio

Coverage Locations:
St. Rita's Cancer Center Lima, OH
Grand Lake Regional Cancer Center Celina, OH

Start Date: End of June ongoing

Schedule:
Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
Minimum 2 weeks per month availability required

Practice Setting:
Outpatient, free-standing cancer centers

Patient Volume:
20 outpatient per day
1 inpatient per day

Call:
No call required (covered by permanent providers)

Support Staff:
1 Radiation Oncologist
1 APP

EMR:
Mosaiq, Epic

Patient Population:
Adult, hospital-based and clinic

Required Procedures:

• Conventional Radiotherapy
• 3D Radiotherapy / 3D-CRT
• IMRT / IGRT
• SBRT / SRS
• Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy
• MRT

Responsibilities:

• Order tests and imaging
• Prescribe treatment plans

Reason for Coverage:
Physician retirement
