Schedule: Monday-Friday, days; 8-hour shifts. Start time must be consistent, communicated with Director of Rehab, and between before 6:00 AM and no later than 10:00 AM. 35 guaranteed work week. No weekends. No on-call.

Rate: $1,407 per 35-hour week

Required Qualifications

• Active PTA license at time of submission (documented) - REQUIRED
• Minimum 1 year PTA experience - REQUIRED
• LTC or Rehab experience - REQUIRED
• New graduates considered only if they have Level II clinical experience (Level I observation alone is insufficient)
• Resume - REQUIRED
• Skills checklist completed within the past 12 months - REQUIRED
• 0-1 professional reference at time of submission - REQUIRED
