Dentist job in Michigan City IN

We are seeking a skilled, compassionate Dentist to join our Michigan City, Indiana team in a full-time role. You will deliver comprehensive, patient-centered dental care in a collaborative environment, providing clinical services and supervising support staff to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive general dentistry including exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, and restorative care for patients of all ages
• Provide patient-focused care that emphasizes comfort, communication, and preventive education
• Supervise and mentor Dental Assistants and Dental Hygienists as assigned
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and ensure care continuity
• Ensure compliance with Indiana dental laws, regulations, and organizational policies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers to support whole-person care

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Indiana dental license or eligibility for licensure
• Minimum one year of clinical experience
• Experience in a not-for-profit or community health setting preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
• Flexible, detail-oriented approach with the ability to adapt in a dynamic clinical setting
