• Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 days
• Licensure Requirements: DEA / CSR required.
• Hours: 7 am - 3 pm
• Call Hours: 3 pm - 7 am
• Scheduled Call: Call every night and weekend while working / mostly OB call
• Supervision: All CRNA practice
• Type of cases required: ENDO, Ophthalmology, OB/GYN, General, Trauma, Neonatal. Must be proficient in Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals
• Number of ORs: 2
