Locum CRNA Assignment in Fort Worth, Texas

• Specialty: CRNA (a minimum of 3 years of CRNA experience is required)
• Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning ASAC FT for 6 months with the option to extend. Schedule would consist of either 5x8's or 2x8's and 2x12's.
• Case Mix: All but peds and OB. Spinals and epidurals are not required.
• Support Staff/Supervision: Medical Direction
• Credentialing Time-Frame: 90 days
• Active Texas License: Must have a TX license
