What you'll do:

• Provide labor and delivery nursing care, managing admissions, labor progress, delivery, postpartum care, and patient education.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesia, neonatology, and support staff to ensure safe, patient-centered outcomes.
• Accept assignments to float to other units and support overflow from the Progressive Care Unit as needed.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, preferably with substantial labor & delivery background.
• Ability and flexibility to float to different units and manage PCU overflow.
