Rate: $2,491 / 48 hours

Minimum Qualifications (required)

• Active Vermont or compact LPN/LVN license at time of submission
• Minimum 5 years LPN experience
• Recent inpatient psychiatric experience:
  • Children's unit experience within the last 6 months (required)
  • Inpatient psych experience must be within the last 3 months (LTC not accepted)
• Must be willing to float to other units and accept charge shifts
• Must be able to work nights and every-other-weekend schedule

Documentation to submit (required)

• Resume listing psychiatric experience and all age groups treated
• Psych skills checklist dated within the last year
• Two supervisory references from the last 2 years of employment
• Active Vermont or compact license copy
• American Heart Association BLS card (AHA)
• Driver's license or candidate address (note: submissions within 35 miles may result in a reduced rate)
• Any scheduling requests included in the submission file
• Please outline specific patient populations the candidate has experience with

Training / Other

• CPI training offered onsite; confirm availability at time of submission
• First-time travelers will be considered

• RTO policy: not approved during first 2 weeks of orientation; total RTO cannot exceed 7 days
