Rate: Travel $740/40 hrs; Local $728/40 hrs

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certified Personal Care Attendant (PCA)
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Previous personal care or healthcare experience preferred

Core responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting
• Support mobility: walking, transfers, positioning
• Prepare and assist with meals; support dietary needs
• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities
• Perform light housekeeping: laundry, linens, tidying
• Monitor, document, and report changes in client condition
• Administer medications only if trained and authorized
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings
• Follow established care plans and complete daily documentation
• Other duties as assigned by management
