- Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning as early as 8/17 for 3 months with the option to extend. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts. Shifts are from 6:30 am - 3 pm.
- Call: call responsibility, no OB call.
- Call 1:3/1-2 holidays per year
- Weeknight call: until 11 pm
- Weekend call: 7 am - 11 pm
- Case Mix: Scopes/bread & butter/laparoscopic abdominal procedures, Opthalmology (cataracts); Podiatry (4 days per month); Orthopedics (1/2 day per month-totals w/blocks); Vascular (occasionally, 1 day per month); Cardiology (TEEs/Cardioversions), Surgical procedures (General Anesthetics, MAC, Regional skills, Blocks optional-will teach if need to refresh); ward & Emergency Department needs (i.e. IV access, Airway access, Provider expertise support), GI cases
- Inpatient 10-20%
- Outpatient 80-90%
- Support Staff/Supervision: Independent model
- Credentialing Time-Frame: 30 days
- Certifications: NBCRNA, BLS, ACLS, PALS
